Dear Marketing Department,
The administration and staff of Suffolk County Department of Health services would like to thank you and your staff for your assistance with the 2005-2006 Adult Influenza Immunization Program. Thousands of Suffolk County residents were able to receive immunization against influenza and pneumococcal pneumonia.
Obtaining vaccine was difficult for many, and the program was able to respond to this need. Your assistance with hosting the clinics was a valuable service for our community’s most vulnerable citizens who are at highest risk for severe complications from illness.
Again, thank you for your valuable community service. We look forward to our continuing alliance in the future.
