If you are a Suffolk OTB customer who placed such a wager through your telephone/internet account or if you received an IRS Form W-2G on such a wager between September 15, 2010 and December 18, 2011, you may be entitled to a corrected payout reimbursement. The types of wagers covered are the following: Trifecta, Pick 3, Pick 4, Grand Slam and Superfecta on NYRA tracks.
