There are three easy ways to make deposits into your Telephone Wagering (“ADW”) Account:

-Cash Deposits
Cash Deposits can be made at any Suffolk OTB branch location. Simply request a deposit slip and fill in your name, account number and amount of deposit and present it with proper cash at any window. Once the cashier processes your deposit, it is instantly credited to your account. Please wait for your receipt when making a cash deposit.

-Checks/Money Orders
All checks and money orders must be made payable to: "Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation" and mailed to:
