Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the website and account wagering services provided by Suffolk OTB Account Wagering.  The use of our wagering system will be taken as your acceptance of all of these terms, conditions, and disclosures contained herein. The use of this website is subject to all applicable State and Federal regulations.


To establish and/or maintain a wagering account, applicant must:

  • Deposit $10 or more into your wagering account. This is not a subscription fee.  
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be a resident of the state of New York
  • Be a United States citizen or resident alien.
  • Provide the following personal information: name, phone number, email address, residence address, mailing address (if different), social security number and driver's license number and state.
  • Have read and agree to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions set forth by Suffolk OTB Account Wagering.
  • Allow Suffolk OTB Account Wagering to use third party services to authenticate your account information. All information used to authenticate your account is kept completely confidential.
  • Agree to pay all charges posted to your Suffolk OTB Account Wagering account.
  • Allow Suffolk OTB Account Wagering to open an advance deposit wagering (ADW) account in your name and to manage funds on your behalf.
  • Notify Suffolk OTB Account Wagering immediately about any change of personal information such as phone number and address.   
  • Refrain from wagering if you relocate to another state or country.
  • Acknowledge that Suffolk OTB Account Wagering reserves the right to report unusual or suspicious activity to the proper authorities.

Only one account per verified person will be allowed.  Suffolk OTB Account Wagering reserves the right to reject any application for an account for any reason it deems necessary.

Suffolk OTB Account Wagering also reserves the right to close an account for any reason it deems necessary. Upon closing an account, all funds will be returned to the account holder via check mailed to the registered account address.



Go to Suffolkotb.com and sign in using your Account Number and Pin. Account holders will be notified when additional services are available for use.

Suffolk OTB Account Wagering employs strict privacy and protection methods in order to insure the highest level of wagering security and integrity.  Suffolk OTB Account Wagering accounts may only be accessed by the registered account holder using their unique, valid login information.


Wagers can be placed in amounts as low as $0.10 (US) and as high as $9,999.00 (US) depending upon the wager and host racetrack and Suffolk OTB rules. All wagers are commingled with wagering pools at the host racetrack and will be subject to host racetrack restrictions. In the case of multiple wagers such as a daily double or an exacta box, the base wager is multiplied by the number of combinations to determine the amount of the total wager.

Wagers will only be accepted that do not exceed the current balance of players' respective wagering account. All approved wagers will be withdrawn from the account holder's wagering account prior to submission of wager. Winning wagers will be credited to account holders Suffolk OTB Account Wagering account upon posting of official results by the respective host racetrack.


Suffolk OTB Account Wagering reserves the right to refuse any wagering transaction for any reason. Any and all wagers placed from non-wagering jurisdictions will not be accepted.

If for some reason we are unable to commingle your wager with the host racetrack wagering pool, your wager will be refunded to your account.

Requested wagers that are unsuccessful or not permitted for any reason (including track errors, tote malfunction, and communications failures) will be canceled and the full wagered amount will be refunded to Suffolk OTB Account Wagering player account.


Online wagers may be cancelled, if the pool has not closed, by calling 1-800-TEL-BETS (1-800-835-2387).  All wager cancellations are subject to New York State Racing and Wagering Board regulations.


A minimum deposit of $10 is required to establish an account with Suffolk OTB Account Wagering.

Cash Deposits At Any Suffolk OTB Branch Or Qwik Bet Location:
On-site cash or cash voucher deposits can be made at any self-service machine at any Suffolk OTB branch or Qwik Bet location. To make a cash or cash voucher deposit please follow these simple steps:
1. Insert and remove your card
2. Enter your PIN #
3. Deposit your cash voucher (or if using a cash accepting machine insert cash) into the designated area
4. Select the "deposit" button on the screen
5. When directed, insert your card to confirm the transaction
6. Your new balance will then be immediately posted to your account.

Check Deposits:
Personal checks will be credited to your account as follows:

·         Local checks of $50 or less are credited day of receipt.

·         Local checks of $51 - $150 are credited third business day after receipt.

·         Local checks over $150 are credited eighth business day after receipt.

·         Checks drawn on any bank outside the area are credited eighth business day after receipt.

·         U.S. Postal Money Orders are credited day of receipt.

The following deposit methods shall NOT be accepted for deposit into a customer's account:

  • No Corporate Checks
  • No Payroll Checks
  • No Credit Card Checks
  • No Third Party Checks
  • No Business/Sole Proprietor Checks

All mail-in deposits (whether by check or money order) must arrive with a corresponding deposit slip to ensure accuracy.

Please make checks payable to: SROTB and reference your wagering account number directly on the check.

Returned Checks:

Checks returned due to insufficient funds shall result in the immediate suspension of your wagering account until further notice. Please make sure to have enough funds available to cover each transaction, as your check will be deposited immediately. Suffolk OTB Account Wagering reserves the right to utilize your personal account wagering funds to cover unpaid checks at its own discretion. Return check fees may apply.

U.S. Postal Money Order Deposits:
U.S. Postal Money Orders received by mail will be posted directly to your account.


A Withdrawal from your account can be made several different and convenient ways. Please note that your Account number and PIN will be needed to make such transactions and for security purposes you should not release your codes to anyone.

Withdrawals by Mail
If you wish to have all or some of your remaining balance mailed to you, simply
complete a withdrawal slip and mail it to:

To make a withdrawal you may also use your account wagering card at any self-service machine.

All mail-withdrawal requests must arrive with a corresponding withdrawal slip to ensure accuracy. Additional slips are available at all Suffolk OTB branches or by calling 631-853-1000 x3524.

Cash Withdrawals At Any Suffolk OTB Branch Or Qwik Bet Location:
Cash voucher withdrawals may be made on-site at any Suffolk OTB branch or Qwik Bet location during business hours through any self-service machine. To make a cash voucher withdrawal follow these simple steps:

·         Insert and remove your card

·         Enter your Pin#

·         Select the withdrawal option

·         Enter the amount of your withdrawal

·         Swipe your card again

You will receive a credit voucher for the amount specified. You can take this voucher to any teller to obtain your cash.


Please contact our business office immediately with any changes to your account information.


Patrons may request to change their account wagering PIN through the following methods:

Telephone: Customers should contact 631-853-1000 x3524 to request a PIN change. Account holders will be asked for pertinent account information to verify their identity.


Wagering Accounts shall be deemed “Inactive” in the event there are no wagering, deposits, or withdrawals within a 3 (three) year period.  Accounts considered to be “Dormant” will be closed and any unclaimed balances will be distributed to New York State according to racing statutes.



An account may be closed at the holders request submitted in writing to Suffolk OTB Account Wagering.  Once an account is closed, it can only be re-opened upon written request to Suffolk OTB Account Wagering.  All new account requirements will apply to re-open requests. 



In keeping with all Federal Tax Laws set forth by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), any wager that results in winnings of $600.00 and at least 300 times the original amount wagered will be reported to the IRS. Any wager resulting in winnings over $5,000.00 and is at least 300 times the original amount wagered are subject to Federal Income Tax withholding at a rate of 25%.   All Federal withholding amounts will automatically be deducted from your account.   


Except where provided otherwise by the NYS Racing and Wagering Board, in no event will Suffolk OTB Account Wagering, or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services (however arising, including negligence). However, our liability to you and any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount of the wager you placed or limited to the fullest extent allowable by the state of New York.


Suffolk OTB Account Wagering is subject to all rules and regulations concerning customer disputes as defined by the NYS Racing and Wagering Board. To ensure accuracy, Suffolk OTB Account Wagering will maintain voice recordings of all phone account wagers, complete records of all customer transactions, and provide (upon request) an account statement of each deposit, withdrawal, debit and credit transacted during the discrepancy period. In terms of phone wagering, the voice recording of the account holder's acceptance of the wager shall be deemed the actual wager. In terms of computer wagering, Suffolk OTB Account Wagering shall maintain a printable record of the entire transaction. The printed record as wagered by the customer shall be deemed the actual wager. In most cases, patrons will be allowed to file a dispute within six months of a discrepancy.

To ensure quality customer service, Suffolk OTB Account Wagering will address disputes immediately upon receipt. For immediate response to any discrepancies, please contact our Business Office during business hours at 631-853-1000 x3524.


Accounts are for the personal use of the account holder. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of the account number and secure personal identification number. Except where Suffolk OTB Account Wagering center or its employees or agents act without good faith or fail to exercise ordinary care, Suffolk OTB Account Wagering is not responsible for any loss arising from the use by any other person or persons of an account holder's account. The account holder must immediately notify Suffolk OTB Account Wagering of a breach of the account's security.

Suffolk OTB Account Wagering strives to provide an informational and helpful advanced account wagering platform available.  Our top priorities are player satisfaction, player success and personal account safety. To minimize account problems or issues as an account holder, please follow these safety guidelines: 

  • Keep your account number and PIN in a safe place only accessible to you. 
  • Always logout of the Suffolk OTB Account Wagering site when leaving your computer unattended.
  • Contact Suffolk OTB Account Wagering  immediately with any security or personal account issues

When linking through to an outside (third party) site please be sure you understand each sites' own privacy and security guidelines.


The data used to create the Equibase Products and the TrackMaster® Products are proprietary to and are copyrighted by Equibase Company   and Axcis Information Network, Inc. respectively. Unauthorized copying of such data, including modifications thereof, or the creation of programs or products in which such data have been merged or included with other data programs or products, for distribution to third parties, whether gratuitously or for sale, is expressly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any proprietary or copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

You may NOT transfer the Equibase or TrackMaster® Products from one computer to another. You may not distribute copies of the Equibase or TrackMaster® Products to third parties. You may not create derivative works based upon the Equibase or TrackMaster® Products.

The Equibase and TrackMaster® Products are for your use only and may not be transferred to anyone else. In no event, may you transfer, assign, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise dispose of the Equibase or TrackMaster® Products on a permanent or temporary basis except as expressly provided for herein.

If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, Equibase and/or Suffolk OTB Account Wagering, in addition to pursuing any other legal remedies available to them, may immediately terminate your right to access the Equibase and TrackMaster® Products.

Your purchase of the Equibase and TrackMaster® Products indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use.


By opening an account, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Suffolk OTB Account Wagering, its parent and affiliates, its suppliers and contractors and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including but not limited to attorneys' fees and court costs), arising from or relating to your breach of these terms and conditions. This indemnification shall survive the termination of your Suffolk OTB Account Wagering account.


Suffolk OTB Account Wagering and its respective racetrack partners follow the NYS Racing and Wagering Board rules regarding patron self-exclusion.
